About
Two decades guiding families through the hardest sale of their life.
Erin McKeon combines a specialist's grasp of California probate law with the steady hand of a Realtor who has seen these transactions from every angle.

A Specialist by Choice
Erin McKeon began her real estate career in 2005, quickly discovering that the families she felt most called to help were those handling a home after a loss. What most agents treat as a rare, complicated transaction, she has made her professional focus.
Today, Erin is a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist and a member of the National Association of Realtors. She has closed hundreds of probate and trust sales across the Bay Area, working shoulder to shoulder with estate attorneys, CPAs, and the Bay Area Superior Court's probate division.
Her clients are executors, successor trustees, siblings, and spouses. She meets each of them where they are, whether that is deep in grief, tangled in family dynamics, or ready to move quickly.

A Note From Erin
Why I chose this work.
My first probate client was a woman my mother's age who had just lost her husband of forty years. She did not need a sales pitch. She needed someone to sit at her kitchen table, explain what the court would ask for, and quietly get things done while she took care of everything else.
That is still exactly how I try to show up for every family I work with. If you are reading this because you are facing the sale of a loved one's home, please know: there is a calm, informed way through, and you do not have to figure it out alone.
