Professional marketing, photography, and open houses. Offers are presented to the personal representative for review.
- 4Court Confirmation Hearing
When required, Erin attends the confirmation hearing, walks the family through overbidding, and helps select the winning offer.

Coordinating title, escrow, and estate accounting so proceeds are distributed cleanly under court order.
